The developer of Türi Quarter is AS Kawe.
We have invested in commercial real estate for 20 years by buying property and constructing our own buildings. Our portfolio consists of 11 office and 8 industrial real estate buildings totalling 182 000 m2. Kawe group total value was 166 mEUR as of 2022.
Türi Quarter, with its 183 apartments, is our first residential apartment development. A development of similar scope in Kadriorg is in the pipeline.
