To reserve your apartment, simply complete an online application on our website or send us an e-mail. An apartment is reserved for interested parties for up to two weeks, free of charge. Reservations come into force upon written confirmation by e-mail from the seller. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation if the Client fails to provide, during the reservation period, the information required for the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

• The developer reserves the right to make changes in the price list.
• The developer will not sell an apartment without a parking place or storage room, if they have been stipulated to belong to the apartment.
