To reserve your apartment, simply complete an online application on our website or send us an e-mail. An apartment is reserved for interested parties for up to two weeks, free of charge. Reservations come into force upon written confirmation by e-mail from the seller. The seller has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement should the client not provide the data required for signing a contract, according to the law of obligations, during the reservation period

Over the next three weeks, we will enter into a notarial sales contract under the law of obligations, with which we will agree on the completion date of your new home and all other details. To confirm the purchase request, the buyer shall make an instalment of 15% of the total price of the apartment.

When we have finished the building of your new home, we will sign a property agreement. As a buyer, you will now pay the remaining purchase price and after that, you can move into your new home.

• The developer builds the designed apartment by the date provided in the agreement; said date is valid only with standard solutions provided by the developer.
• The developer reserves the right to make changes in the price list.
• The developer will not sell an apartment without a parking place or storage room, if they have been stipulated to belong to the apartment.
