A small city
inside a big one

Watch construction

New residential quarter
on the outskirts of Tallinn city centre

Türi Quarter on Türi Street in Tallinn is a quiet, homely quarter with its own park. Here, you’ll find several streets named after small cities and settlements – Türi, Saku, Kohila, Rapla and Paide. Collectively, they’re known as Tallinn-Väike (Tallinn-Small). This is a quiet and cosy neighbourhood that’s like a separate small city within a big city.

City centre proximity
with small city convenience

You can easily commute from here in any direction – the city centre, the suburbs or even out of town. You can reach most places from here on foot or by bike, as well as by tram or bus, in about the same time you could in your car. There’s even a train that can take you to Balti jaam in a couple of minutes or Viljandi in a couple of hours.

And if you want to escape into nature, then the Ülemiste fitness trails are right nearby. You can go for a casual walk in the woods, or opt for a faster-paced run – the choice is yours.

Contemporary buildings with plenty of natural light

The Türi Quarter concept, with its four spacious apartment buildings, has been designed by the architectural firms DAGOpen and LÜNK Architects. All the carefully-planned apartments have high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Together with LÜNK architect Kaisa Lasner, we’ve created three tasteful and well thought through interior finishing packages that include interior finishing solutions in bolder dark as well as brighter light tones. Find your own style!

Large balconies
and private terraces

The first floor apartments are raised by the half-sunken basement and feature large private terraces that open out onto a green inner courtyard.

Each apartment on the top floor has a private terrace, with a view of the Ülemiste Lake or city centre. All the other apartments have their own cosy and spacious glass-railed balconies for you to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air.

For environmentally conscious people

Environmental sustainability is easy if all the prerequisites for it are in place! Türi Quarter’s A-energy class buildings are equipped with solar panels and forced ventilation with heat recovery, precisely for saving energy and conserving nature. The quarter’s underground car park can facilitate the charging of electric cars, and there’s also a convenient and safe area to park bicycles.

Think big

Some say that the district of Tallinn-Väike is the new Kalamaja and that Kitseküla is the Uus-Maailm that has not yet been discovered. Think big. We are working hard to make your dreams come true.
