Processing of personal data

In connection with the development project of the Türi Residential Quarter, the controller and user of the personal data of the client is AS Kawe (registry code: 10813342). The client is a natural or legal person who has shown interest in buying property in the Türi Residential Quarter.

In the course of customer communication, AS Kawe receives information from the client about their personal data, including the client’s name, e-mail address, telephone number, and the apartment ownership address in case of purchasing the apartment. AS Kawe uses the client’s personal data only as part of the sales process and for communicating with the client, including forwarding information about the apartment ownership, preparing, signing, and executing the agreements, asking for feedback about the service, and forwarding other information.

AS Kawe retains the personal data of a client until the client makes a request not to receive any more information from the company. The personal data of a client must not be retained any longer than is necessary for achieving the purpose for which the information was collected, or for fulfilling claims required or authorised by law. The personal data of a client is stored safely and can be accessed only by the employees of Kawe AS that are directly involved with the selling process and by the third parties authorised by Kawe AS (the notary office preparing the purchase agreement, the bank offering the home loan, and the service provider that manages the feedback surveys).

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, the client has the right to get information about the processing of their personal data. The client is entitled to know which data is collected, has the right to have their personal data rectified or deleted, and the right to restrict the processing of their personal data.
